Blue Lampwork – Ivory/Gold Clover Leaf/Button

I tried to create a long necklace that stays simple but with a very subtle fancy touch. So, I came up with this design of two threads ending  with Clover Leaf knots and tied together to the chain with a round Venetian glass bead.
And as I wanted the necklace to feet different outfits,  I ended up with a sliding enclosure instead of toggles.

This long necklace is made of an ivory 2mm satin cord with golden thread, a round Venetian glass bead, tube lampwork beads, and spacer glass beads.
It features two Clover Leaf knotted parts with glass beads as the pendant, a junction made of a Venetian glass bead, and free cord with Button knots and beads as the chain.
With sliding Button knots as a closure, this necklace offers you a great choice of length.

Each knot has a meaning in the Chinese culture.
Thus, the Clover Leaf knot represents a good-luck charm.
And the Button knot is also a symbol of good luck.
So, as a mix of these Chinese knots, I hope this necklace will be a great good-luck charm to its wearer 😉

– chain length : about 57 to 72 cm / 22.44 to 28.35″
